That is a huge amount of money to spend on one day, not to mention the time and stress involved in all the planning and negotiations with vendors. That is why my Petite Pop-up weddings are the perfect solution for savvy couples wanting to do their day, their way. I can do a wedding anywhere in the Queenstown, Wanaka, & Central Otago areas.
So what is a Petite Pop-up Wedding?
We have all heard of the term Elopement, right? Well traditionally an elopement was when a couple ran away in secret to get married without the consent or knowledge of their parents. Now the meaning has changed to mean more of an intimate, small wedding with few guests, if any. My Petite Pop-up weddings are an elopement done in style. More glamorous than a registry office, but less stress and pomp than a full blown wedding.
I am here to help lovers marry in a beautiful, intimate way that is meaningful to them. I provide the epic location, the ceremony, flowers, food, bubbles, witnesses (if you need them) and the photographer/videographer to capture every magical moment of their “Wee Wedding”.

Here are some examples of packages that we can create. You can choose one of these and we can customise it or we can create a completely new package for you.
“Just the two of Us” $2700*
What’s included:
Marriage Licence application support
Wedding planning
Legal Wedding Ceremony- including any customs/readings/poems/music that you would like. I can also help you to chose your vows. I can provide the required two witnesses if you do not have any guests.
Celebration- I will provide a wedding cake and local sparkling wine to toast the happy couple. Also included is a beautiful floral bouquet & buttonhole. I can provide music for a “first dance” as well if you wish.
Photographer/Videographer- Will include digital photographs & mini video**
Location- a stunning drivable location of your choice in the Central Otago/Wanaka/Queenstown area. I am here to assist with location ideas.

“Amongst the Vines & Olives” $4100*
What’s included:
Marriage Licence application support
Wedding planning
Legal Wedding Ceremony- including any customs/readings/poems/music that you would like. I can also help you to chose your vows. I can provide the required two witnesses if you do not have any guests.
Celebration- I will provide a wedding cake, picnic platter and local sparkling wine to toast the happy couple. Also included is a beautiful floral bouquet & buttonhole. I can provide music for a “first dance” as well if you wish. This package can include 1- 2 guests for the ceremony & celebration (not accommodation though).
Photographer/Videographer- Will include digital photographs & mini video**
Location- a stunning vineyard & olive grove with two picturesque ponds for photos. Three nights accomodation*** and breakfast included in the romantic Barn Studio Retreat. Use of the swimming ponds & tennis court too!
Catering can be arranged as the location is a bit away from any town as it is situated between Cromwell & Wanaka. (extra cost)

Location- a choice of a lovely ramshackle garden with lake views or in the O’ Naturel vineyard. This also includes two night accommodation for 2 at “O’ Naturel Cottage” or “O’ Naturel Loft”, with continental breakfast. Located near Cromwell
Option to book both accommodations and cater to up to 4 extra guests for two nights***

Hair & Makeup artist services

Accommodation- for three nights for up to 4 people - a two bedroom, two ensuite cottage with a full kitchen & log burner. Option to have an outdoor hot tub with a lake view too. ***
Dining options in nearby Arrowtown (price not included, but we can give suggestions and make the booking)
Ceremony locations anywhere around Arrowtown or Lakes Hayes area.

Stunning Lake Wanaka
“Let the Adventure begin”- Remote Location” $3700*

Celebration- I will provide a wedding cake, picnic platter and local sparkling wine to toast the happy couple. Also included is a beautiful floral bouquet & buttonhole. I can provide music for a “first dance” as well if you wish. This can include up to 3 guests.
Photographer/Videographer -Will include digital photographs & mini video
Location- a stunning location of your choice within the driving range of Ridgeline Adventures, including the exclusive West Wanaka Station area. This packages leaves from Wanaka. Total adventure time is approximately 2.5 hours including 40min drive time each way.

Location- a stunning location of your choice within the landing zones depending on where we take off from. This is an amazing adventure, especially if you are looking at a winter wedding in the snow. Total adventure time is approximately 60-90 minutes.

I am more than happy to work with you to custom design your perfect Pop-up Wedding. I can add or subtract aspects of any of the packages to create your magical day, or even add in something completely different. It is up to you. Just get in touch and we will talk it over.
